About Us
Who we are
Stephanie and Craig, we have been partners in love and life since 2010. We strive to continue in our growth as good people sharing our love with our families and friends.
We began real estate investing with our first home together. We became interested in pursuing REI as a vehicle to financial freedom by joining Keyspire in January 2022.
We have done many private lend deals, invested in a JV with the most wonderful partners (M&W). We have invested in a STR and are now actively seeking the next great adventure!

Until that happens Craig is a 301T Red Seal Mechanic and Stephanie is a bookkeeper
This past year we got married.... twice!
The first was the most incredible adventure. We eloped! We were married by the one and only Judi Pare, in Italy! It was the most wonderful surprise. Judi arranged every detail and pulled off the event flawlessly for all who attended Camp Plentidue Italy. That day was the most romantic day we’ve ever experienced. Thank you Judi.
The second ceremony was to celebrate with close family and friends and legalize our marriage in Canada. We were so blessed to be surrounded by our loved ones that day.
Pets
We have a dog named Cooper. He's a small Labradoodle and the greatest gift!

We live in Grand Bend, ON on a 14-acre hobby farm.
Hobbies
We're both car people. Craig is building a rat-rod 1949 F1 Pick Up Truck and Steph has a Corvette.
